Atracurium Versus Cis-Atracurium for Laryngeal Relaxation and Hemodynamic Stability in Pediatric Patients: A Randomized, Double-Blind Study

Background and aim Equipotent dose of atracurium cis-atracurium has failed to show clinically equi-effective muscle relaxation actions required for laryngoscopy endotracheal intubation (LETI) in adults. There needs be more data on children. We aimed compare the efficacy equipotent producing optimal LETI. also compared hemodynamic stability side effects. Methods With approvals informed consent, 104 children between three 12 years were enrolled present randomized, double-blind, parallel-arm study. Fifty-two participants recruited each group received either 2ED95 (0.5mg/kg) or (0.1mg/kg).
